Who I Am
I spent 13 years at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center — ICU, emergency room, hospital-wide chart review. I know what Western medicine can do and what it cannot.
In 2000, I began training under Matt VanBenschoten, a biophoton diagnostics pioneer who spent his career building a language to read the body’s energy field. For 15 years I worked alongside him. When he transitioned in 2015, I was one of the last practitioners of his methodology.
Since then, I have extended the work: adding G6PD enzyme deficiency protocols, refining the medicinal diet framework, and connecting Matt’s clinical system to the ancient wisdom traditions I have been studying for 35 years.
My whole start in life was about life and death.
Where This Work Comes From
I was born in Israel as a premature twin. My sister arrived first, in a coma. The hospital wanted to leave her to die. My father — a pediatrician — intervened and saved her.
Weeks later, my father was drafted into the Israeli army, leaving my mother alone with two premature infants and an eight-year-old son. She developed postpartum depression. In Chinese medicine this is called blood deficiency: When the blood is depleted, the soul cannot ground in the body.
As an infant, I stopped swallowing after an incident during a bath. My father was discharged, came home, and tube-fed me for the first year and a half of my life. I understood why as an adult: when someone is drowning, the swallowing reflex stops temporarily to prevent water from entering the lungs.
When I was twenty-nine, my twin sister killed herself. Six weeks later, I gave birth to my first child.
I experienced postpartum depression. I know what it causes you to want to do to the baby. I called my husband. He came home and took over until I recalibrated. I learned what my mother had lived with — but with no support and no language for it.
Mental illness was the driving force. I vowed to prevent mental illness in my two children.
And I did.
The Work
Biophoton Diagnostics is a system of hand mudra signals to read what the body’s energy pathways are communicating. I run signals on your energy body, which is the acupuncture meridian system. I use Omura’s O-ring muscle testing to identify the existence of the signals. I identify where there is a blockage in the flow of energy. It is a language. I have been speaking it for 26 years.
Most chronic conditions trace to what you are ingesting, what you are inhaling, and what your body cannot release. The medicinal diet identifies non-nutrients — salicylates, oxalates, solanine — that your body cannot process. By removing the non-nutrient that is causing the symptoms, the body recalibrates. This can happen in two days.
Beyond the physical body, we have an etheric body, an emotional body, and a mental body. A symptom that shows up on a Western medicine test indicates that the disharmony has landed in the physical body. The energy body is the blueprint of what happens.
No one heals you. You are the one that heals you.
Most people’s souls are in the trunk of their car and they’re letting their cars automatically drive.

Matt VanBenschoten transitioned in 2015.
I found him in 2000 through a chance encounter with my first acupuncture instructor, who told me Matt had built something I needed to learn. His wife and the office manager ran the screening interview. Matt didn’t choose his own students. I was warned about his personality before I met him.
He was over six feet tall with a massive presence. He spoke fast and knew everything. The experience was not collaborative — it was a master-student relationship, and Matt was always right.
Matt had working relationships with oncologists at Cedars-Sinai. He taught medical doctors in Germany. He refused to speak publicly about the spiritual layer of his work. “He knew darn well — if you talk about the spirituality, you shut people down. Or the AMA will come after you.”
In December 2014, he was diagnosed with cancer. It had already spread to multiple organs. He passed in May 2015.
I have extended the work. That is what I do.
I teach what I have spent 26 years learning: how to read the body’s energy field, how to identify and remove what is blocking it, and how to stop giving your healing away to someone else.

I run signals on your energy body using hand mudras that correspond to pathogens, toxins, and patterns of energy movement. You will feel the O-ring test yourself — the difference between a strong signal and a weak one is immediate. From there, I build a herbal formula matched to what your body is showing, and identify which food items your body cannot currently release. Most people begin to notice a change within two to seven days.
